Adonai Logistics operates between the United Kingdom and Nigeria, providing air and sea freight services. By using our services, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability for Delays

Adonai Logistics shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by:

  • Airlines
  • Shipping lines
  • Customs authorities in the UK or Nigeria
  • Any government agency or regulatory body

Such delays are beyond our control and do not entitle the client to any form of refund or compensation.

2. Collection and Payment

  • All goods must be fully paid for and collected within 14 days (2 weeks) of arrival.
  • After the 14-day grace period, daily storage charges will apply.
  • Any item not collected within 30 days of arrival will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of without further notice to recover storage and handling costs.

3. Fragile and Undeclared Items

  • We are not liable for damage to fragile or perishable items that are not clearly declared at the time of shipping.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and declaration of such items.

4. Proof of Delivery

  • Once goods are received and signed for in good condition, Adonai Logistics shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or claims thereafter.
  • Clients or their representatives are advised to inspect goods thoroughly upon collection.

5. Insurance and High-Value Items

  • Clients are advised to arrange appropriate insurance for high-value or sensitive shipments, as Adonai Logistics does not provide automatic insurance cover.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Compliance with Regulations

  • All shipments must comply with the import/export laws of both the UK and Nigeria.
  • Prohibited or undeclared restricted items may be seized, and Adonai Logistics accepts no responsibility or liability for such occurrences.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
